Return Policy for The Bike Room:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Bike Room. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow our return policy guidelines below:

Timeframe for Returns: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Partial Refunds:

  1. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or unsuitable for resale due to reasons not caused by our error are eligible for partial refunds.
  2. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery will be considered for partial refunds.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Once received, BRCO will inspect the product. Refunds will only be issued if the item is in perfect, unused condition.

Return Process:

  1. Allow 5-8 working days for return processing.
  2. If the return passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This may take 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not provide a free postal returns service. The responsibility for returned items lies with the buyer until they reach us.

Important Details:

  • Buyers are obligated to take reasonable care of items under the Distance Selling Regulations.
  • Please return items with original packaging and labels within 30 days.
  • Sizes are approximate; contact us for sizing advice if needed.

Faulty Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We'll gladly replace the item or refund its price upon return.

Return Shipping Recommendation: We recommend using a delivery service that insures the goods' value when returning your parcel to us. We cannot refund or exchange products lost in the post during return.
