SHIPPING INFORMATION - THE BIKE ROOM
Thank you for choosing The Bike Room! Here's everything you need to know about our delivery process:
DELIVERIES:
All your orders are crafted with care at The Bike Room. We strive for perfection, and to ensure your satisfaction, please allow up to 10 working days for us to create and dispatch your order. Once ready, we use Evri UK and DPD UK for reliable delivery.
Delivery times are based on the terms and conditions of the courier services. Please note that our posting days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. If you prefer, you can also opt to collect your order from our studio for free. Please be aware that our studio closes at 5 pm on Fridays.
UK:
We ship to the entire UK, and once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. During peak times like Christmas, postal services may experience delays. If your order is 'Dispatched,' we kindly ask for your patience and wait 7 working days before reaching out. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate. For UK deliveries, we trust Evri to safely deliver your order and leave it in a secure place.
INTERNATIONAL:
For international orders, please be aware that the receiver may be responsible for taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by local laws. The recipient is accountable for all customs formalities and any additional charges, including import duty, customs fees, taxes, and levies. Ni + Mi (now The Bike Room) has no control over these charges, and it is the recipient's responsibility to make the required payments. If you are ordering for someone else, ensure they are aware of potential additional payments and that they will be responsible for them. As we cannot predict these charges, we advise contacting local authorities or the destination country's postal service for further guidance on import regulations.
IMPORTANT!
We dispatch your parcel to the provided delivery address, and you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect addresses. In such cases, no refund will be provided until the items are returned to us.
Since we print items to order, if your selected item is not in stock, we'll promptly email you with an estimated dispatch date. You'll have the option to choose an alternative, wait for the item, or cancel it if you prefer not to wait.
